Q: Where should I park?

A: You’re welcome to park in any spot either the front parking lot or the back—whichever is most convenient for you!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We happily accept cash and card as payment methods. However, we do not accept checks at this time.

Q: My babysitter canceled last minute. Can I bring my kids?

A: While we adore hearing about your little ones, we kindly ask that children stay at home unless they’re receiving a service. Tiny babies are absolutely fine, but for toddlers and older kids, we recommend arranging alternative care to ensure a relaxed atmosphere for everyone.

Q: Can I book the salon for a wedding party?

A: Absolutely! We love working with brides and bridal parties. Whether you prefer in-salon services or on-location styling, we can accommodate your specific needs.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Each stylist manages their own cancellation policy, so it’s best to check with your stylist directly for their specific terms. However, as a general rule of thumb, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us respect everyone’s time and accommodate other guests.

Q: Does every stylist offer the same services?

A: Not necessarily! Each stylist specializes in different areas based on their training, experience, and passion. While some may focus on extensions, others might excel in color, cutting, or styling. Be sure to check out each stylist’s profile or contact them directly to learn more about their specific offerings.

Q: Do the stylists work for themselves?

A: Yes! All of the stylists at Texture + Sage Salon are independent professionals who run their own businesses. This means they set their own schedules, services, and pricing while sharing a supportive and welcoming salon space.
